Activated Carbon Basics

Jacobi Carbons provides several fully equipped technical support laboratories. These can be used for the evaluation of our activated carbons in your existing process or for treatment feasibility studies.

Evaluations include, isotherm preparations to help assess carbon usage rates vs. performance, powder decolourisation trials, small scale column testing on process or effluent streams to name a few.

The laboratory is also equipped to evaluate any competitor materials that you may be using and offer either an equivalent or superior product.
